Accommodation Terms – Apartment Perdika 45 Thessaloniki

1) Basic information

• Accommodation: entire apartment (max. 4 guests, children included).
• Price: 40 EUR / night for the entire apartment.
• Minimum stay: 2 nights.
• Non-smoking apartment and no pets.

2) Reservation & confirmation

• Reservations can be sent via the booking form or WhatsApp.
• The reservation is valid only after our confirmation (by email/WhatsApp).
• For selected dates we may request an advance bank transfer before confirmation. You will be informed prior to confirming the reservation.

3) Payments

• Payment options: bank transfer in advance.
• All payments are in EUR. Any bank fees are covered by the guest.

4) Cancellation & changes

• Free of charge up to 7 days before arrival (any deposit is refunded).
• Later than 7 days before arrival: 1 night cancellation fee.
• No-show: charged 1 night.
• Shortening the stay after check-in is considered a partial cancellation and follows the same rule.

5) Check-in & check-out

• Check-in: from 14:00 (or by agreement if possible).
• Check-out: by 11:00.
• Upon arrival, a photo ID of all guests may be requested for the guest register as required by applicable regulations.

6) Number of guests & visitors

• Maximum capacity is 4 guests.
• The accommodation is not intended for parties. Visitors are allowed only with prior consent and must not exceed the capacity.

7) Pets

• No pets allowed.

8) Smoking

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the apartment and common areas.
• Violations may incur a special cleaning fee and any penalties imposed by the homeowners’ association.

9) Quiet hours & neighbors

• Please respect quiet hours 22:00–08:00 and the building rules.
• Avoid noise, especially in corridors and shared areas.

10) Equipment, cleaning & maintenance

• Included in the price: bed linen, towels, and final cleaning.
• Please keep basic order: washed dishes, trash disposed.
• Report any defects without delay so we can address them promptly.

11) Internet (Wi-Fi)

• Wi-Fi is free (credentials provided at check-in).
• It is prohibited to infringe third-party rights (e.g., illegal downloads).

12) Liability & damages

• Guests are liable for damages caused to the apartment and its equipment during their stay and will cover repair or replacement costs.
• The host is not liable for loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings. Do not leave valuables unattended.

13) Safety & use of the apartment

• When leaving the apartment, please switch off A/C and appliances and close the windows.
• Do not use appliances contrary to instructions and do not leave them unattended.
• The host may enter the apartment if necessary (malfunction, emergency, safety), ideally after prior notice.

14) Taxes & local fees

• Any local taxes/fees required by applicable regulations at the accommodation location may be charged separately and paid on site.

15) Personal data (GDPR)

• The controller is the accommodation operator (contacts via website / WhatsApp).
• We process only data necessary for reservation, communication, guest register, and legal compliance.
• Legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interest, legal obligation.
• Retention: for the duration of the contractual relationship and statutory periods.
• Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, complaint to the competent authority.
• We do not share data with third parties other than processors necessary for technical operation (e.g., form/hosting) and legal obligations.

16) Force majeure

• We are not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural events, power outages, government actions, strikes, transport restrictions). In such cases we will seek alternatives or refund unused payments.

17) Breach of terms

• Serious violations of these Terms may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund of already paid nights.

18) Governing law

• These Terms are governed by the law of the Hellenic Republic. EU consumer rights remain unaffected.
